HP Touchpoint Manager - Adding Subscription Keys to Your HP Touchpoint Manager Account

You can purchase a subscription key for HP Touchpoint Manager Services for 1 or more users for a period of 1, 2, or 3 years using HP’s Order Management system. When your purchase is complete, you will receive an email containing the subscription key number(s) and any additional instructions necessary.
Adding subscription keys
Use the following steps to add a subscription key.
  1. Log into your account as an administrator and select Add Subscription Key from Quick Links on the HP Touchpoint Manager dashboard, or click Settings, then click Subscriptions.

  2. Click either Add Key or Add Multiple Keys.

  3. Use one of the following instructions to add the subscription key/s.
    • Adding one subscription key - Type or paste your pre-purchased key in the space provided.

    • Adding multiple subscription keys - Enter multiple keys by importing a .csv file listing any number of subscription keys. Create a .csv file using a text editor like Notepad. List each of the keys on a separate line and save as .csv, which you can then open and import.
       note:
      Keys in the following sample are fictional.

    After the keys are added, you can see a list of the subscriptions including the following information:
    • Whether subscription is Basic or Pro
    • Current status
    • Start date
    • Expiration date
    • Term
    • Number of “seats”
Modifying your subscription payment plan
You can change the method of payment for an order that has already been placed, you can update your credit card information, or add a new card.
Use the following steps.
  1. Log into your account as an administrator and click Settings on the HP Touchpoint Manager dashboard.

  2. Click Company.

  3. The Payment Methods screen displays. You can update your credit card information directly from this screen. Click Update card and provide the new information.

  4. To add a new card, click Add a new card and enter the new information on the screen provided.

  5. To change the payment method, click If you want to change the payment method for an order that has already been placed, Click here on the Payment Methods screen.
