HP Connected - Updating your HP Connected Account Information
This document is for HP printers that support web-connected printing services.
Change your account name, email, password, or notification preferences for your Instant Ink, ePrint, or Printables account using the My Account and Notifications dialog boxes in HP Connected.
Sign in to your HP Connected account.
In the upper right-hand corner of the screen, click the Settings drop-down list.
Select either My Account or Notifications.You can now edit your account settings and notification preferences.
My Account Settings
In My HP Connected Account Settings, update your name, edit your email address, or change your existing password.

In Notifications, update your communication and notification preferences.

HP Communication PreferencesIf you want to receive newsletters, updates, or offers from HP Connected, select the box. If you do not want to receive these kinds of communications, clear the box or leave it blank.
HP Connected NotificationsHP Connected can show you confirmation of actions that you take on your files stored on HP Connected. If you want to see these notifications, select the box. If you do not want to receive these notifications, clear the box or leave it blank.
HP Connected Introduction MessagesIntroduction messages on HP Connected present short messages in each section of the site to help you better understand the feature and how to use it. Introduction messages are turned on by default but can be turned off as a group or individually.
