note:To load Legal size paper, press and hold the release latch on the inside, top-left corner of the paper tray, and then gently pull the tray out to extend it.
note:Paper jams can be real or false. The printer might report a paper jam even when there is no jammed paper. The following solutions apply to both real and false paper jams.

Lifting the latch could cause the printhead or ink cartridges to be incorrectlyseated, which could damage the print mechanism and cause printing problems.All ink cartridges must be seated correctly in the printhead assembly. If one ink cartridge sticks out farther than another, it is incorrectly installed. Make sure you push the ink cartridge forward into the printhead again until it clicks into place.
