This document describes Cisco Unified Intelligent Contact Management (ICM) compatibility with Customer Relationship Management (CRM), such as Siebel, SAP, or Peoplesoft through Cisco Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) application.
The purpose of this document is to show how to check the compatibility between Cisco ICM CTI version and CRM connector version. Cisco has published a CTI Compatibility Matrix where you can find this information in the section named CRM connector:
