Understanding problems with the recovery process
On some models of notebook, equipped with wireless or Bluetooth, the recovery process may not complete successfully.
Resolve the recovery problem
To resolve this issue, follow the steps below.
Start the notebook PC if not already started.
Press the wireless button to power on wireless. The blue or white LED will display. If the wireless LED is not blue or white, wireless is not on.
Start the recovery process.
