During ActiveSync installation, the following message displays when the installation is 99 percent complete. After the error message, ActiveSync does not function:
"_ins5576 has caused an error in <unknown>"
Clicking Details displays the following error message (where XXXX:XXXXXXX: is a memory register):
"_ins5576 has caused an invalid page fault in module <unknown> at XXXX:XXXXXXX"
