ISSUE: When downloading messages, a "server error 29" pops up. What should I do?
SOLUTION: Set the number of lines to be downloaded to a higher number, such as 100 lines. This may occur on messages with file attachments.
ISSUE: My attachments are not downloaded. Why?
SOLUTION: Meeting requests and attachments are downloaded only if you select the applicable option in the Service Properties dialog box, Step 3. Note that these options are not on by default.
ISSUE: In Inbox, while sending e-mail with a bitmap file attached, an error "Error sending message. Could not format an attachment for sending" appears.
SOLUTION: Inbox does support the attachment of bitmap files but the size of a bitmap file that can be attached is dependent on the available RAM size of the unit. Recommendation: bitmap file size should not be larger than 1.5MB.
ISSUE: Are OLE attachments preserved in messages?
SOLUTION: No. Only file attachments are preserved.
ISSUE: My Inbox synchronization cannot be enabled. Why?
SOLUTION: Inbox synchronization can only be enabled if the device has a single partnership
To change the device to a single partnership, disconnect the device, delete the partnership from the Mobile Device folder, re-connect, and choose Single Partnership.
