ISSUE: I can fax every document except this one. Why?
SOLUTION: There are certain very complex documents that may not be successfully faxed. This is due to the realtime true-type, font-rendering feature in the Win CE 2.0 operating system. The rendering time may be so long that the remote fax machine would have dropped the line. This is only known to happen is HIGHLY COMPLEX documents, for example, pages with continuous strings of characters with different fonts and without spacing. BFax will be providing a utility that allows the first user to 'fax' the complex document to a tiff file. The user can then fax this tiff file using BFaxPro. This utility to be downloadable from BFax's website.
ISSUE: An error dialog message box appears when opening a file in bFax without typing in the extension.
SOLUTION: In bFax, the file type is default to .txt even though file type is set otherwise. The user has to manually type the full file name plus correct extension.
ISSUE: The bFax Pro icon is not found in Start Menu or Program Sub-Menu. I have a problem locating the program after accidentally deleting the desktop shortcut.
SOLUTION: Go to "My Handheld PC", Open "bsquare" folder, copy "bsquare Fax Professional" shortcut. Go to \WINDOWS\PROGRAM, paste the shortcut for "bsquare Fax Professional". Start->Program sub-menu will contain the shortcut for "bsquare Fax Professional".
ISSUE: I cannot fax complex Pocket Word file using bFax Professional.
SOLUTION: A suggested method is to split the document to multiple smaller documents, and then fax them.
