H/PC Explorer creates a link between the desktop PC and the HP Palmtop PC. It runs on the desktop and enables you to browse files and folders on your HP Palmtop PC from the desktop PC. You can use H/PC Explorer to synchronize appointments, tasks, and contacts between Microsoft (R) Schedule+ 7.0a/Outlook and Information Manager. You can also use H/PC Explorer to transfer Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel files between your desktop and the HP Palmtop PC.
Synchronizing Appointments, Tasks, and Contacts
Synchronization Manager synchronizes data between Microsoft Schedule+ 7.0a/Outlook on the desktop and the Calendar, Contacts, and Tasks applications on the HP Palmtop PC. Synchronization settings can be changed via the Synchronization Manager.
Synchronization Manager will update all data whenever the HP Palmtop PC is connected to the desktop PC. Synchronizing data automatically ensures that the appointments, tasks, and contacts are always readily accessible and updated.
Manual synchronization can be invoked any time. In the H/PC Explorer Tools menu, choose Synchronize Now.
