HP 2500C Professional Series Color Printers - Paper Issue with Tray 3
After pulling out Tray 3 (lower tray), it is possible a page will be left behind inside the printer. When replacing Tray 3, the page can be crushed inside the printer (accordion style). Tray 3 appears to be in place properly and there is not a control panel error displayed by the printer. If a page is stuck in the printer, the following may be seen.
The paper from Tray 3 is skewed during the print job.
Paper will not feed from Tray 3.
