Authorized Replacement Center

All HP inkjet and LaserJet cartridges are guaranteed against defects. This means that every HP cartridge sold with or without an HP printer is replaced, if found defective. The customer should return the defective cartridge, together with a print sample illustrating the defect, to the nearest HP Authorized Replacement Center, where we validate and process your claim.

HP LaserJet Print Cartridges and Imaging Drums Limited Warranty Statement
Step 1
The customer encounters a problem with HP supplies and files a claim at the HP Authorized Replacement Center. Defective HP supplies and a sample printout must be provided by the customer.
Step 2
Validation is completed by the HP Authorized Replacement Center.
Step 3
The customer will receive a new replacement cartridge upon acceptance of their claim.
