The external monitor may not work when connected to the integrated HDMI or VGA ports.

Description

The external monitor may not work when connected to the integrated HDMI or VGA ports. This occurs on some computers configured with a discrete graphics card.

Note:

This can be identifed with a cap placed over the ports.
