DESCRIPTION
Some computers were shipped without Alexa preinstalled. This issue is only exhibited on certain regions as specified in the SCOPE.

RESOLUTION
To resolve this issue, perform the following steps:
  1. Click Windows, and then Settings.
  2. Click Time and Language, and then Region .
  3. Change the Country or region to United States.
  4. Open Microsoft Store.
  5. Confirm that US is selected as the default region.
  6. Locate and download the Alexa app.
  7. Sign in to the Alexa app using the Amazon credentials.
  8. Confirm that the application is functioning.
  9. Change the Region settings to the original region selected.
