Printing a Self-Test Report

This document includes instructions for how to print a self-test report from the product control panel.
The self-test report provides product information, such as the product name, model number, serial number, and firmware version number. The self-test report includes printed test patterns, which you can use to troubleshoot many print quality issues.
If you need to call HP with a service issue, it is often helpful to print the self-test report before calling.
