DESCRIPTION
The Touchpad moves erratically in the HP Computer Setup (F10). This occurs after upgrading the BIOS using the network support. This may also cause the computer respond in a delay when in HP Computer Setup.
NOTE: This issue will NOT occur when upgrading to latest BIOS when using the SoftPaq to update the BIOS.

RESOLUTION
To recover from this issue, perform one of the following options:
Option 1. Update the BIOS to same version by downloading and installing the appropriate SoftPaq shown below:
